My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2019..... Terrific Tuesday 💯👌🚿💨🏃👣🍃⛅😍👏💪✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report 😎. Glad you stopped by and keep reading 📖 as I quickly breakdown how my day has been.
It was another early start for me as I pursued an automaticwin. It was cold and cloudy as I set out on the jog🏃 around the neighborhood.
After that awesome session 👌 I rushed back 💨 home to get ready for work. I took a quick shower 🚿 and in a few moments I was on the commute.
I arrived at the office right on time and got on with my assigned tasks. Just another ordinary Tuesday.
Lunchtime came with the mini walkation 👣 enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞.
Getting back to the office we had a staff meeting. Then I finished off and concluded my duties for the day before heading back home.
At home I rested,snacked and steemed a little bit. Checking on some of your fantastic posts. When my eyes got tired I set out for the usual sunset ⛅ walk 🏃.
I walked around the neighborhood then to the main road, finally the shopping center and back home.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 💪, then had dinner and now posting😎
