My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2019..... High Five Friday 🙌💯🎉👣🏃🍃🎶😌🏡✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to report 😎. It has been an awesome day and am glad to break it down for you 😊.
It was yet another early start to the day. As soon as the alarm went off I was out of the door walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. It was a cold morning but the air 🍃wash fresh and crisp👌
After that awesome session I rushed back home 💨 to get ready for work. In a few moments I was on the commute to work collecting even more steps 🏃
I arrived at the office right on time and got on with my assigned tasks.
As usual the Friday mood was in the air. Everyone upbeat and excited looking forward to the weekend.
Lunchtime came with the mini walkation 👣 enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞
Got back for the afternoon shift slaved away until it was time to go home 🙌. I concluded and got things in order before commuting back home.
We ran into a little bit of traffic but eventually I got home. At home I rested, snacked and replied to some of your wonderful posts 💯
When my eyes got tired, I set out on the usual sunset walk. No sunset to see though just a cloudy and chilly outdoors 😱. So I was around the neighborhood, then to the main highway, the shopping center before returning home.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 💪👏🎉🎈
