My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2019...... Throwback Thursday 🏡👓💖🏃👣🍃🎶🎈💨✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my report 😎. Glad you stopped by and ready to breakdown how my day has been unfolding.
It was yet another early start for me in pursuit of the automaticwin 🙌. I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood in the wonderful morning air 🍃. Today was colder than usual but I powered through.
After that awesome session 👌 I rushed back home 💨 to get ready for work. In a few moments I was on the commute to work collecting even more steps.
I made it to the office right on time and got down to my assigned tasks. It was just another ordinary day.
Come lunchtime I was out on my mini walkation 👣 enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞
I got back for the afternoon shift, continued working and had a staff meeting before concluding for the day.
Back home I rested, snacked and did some steeming.
After that I was out on the sunset ⛅ walk🏃. This time around the neighborhood then to the local park. I did a few rounds before heading back home as it got darker.
At home I called it a day recording the seven77 pushups 💪, still looking forward to the bull run in steem
