Getting Fit For Steem With Actifit and Blocktrades + Caturday 🐈 on My Actifit Report 🏃🏡👣🍃😹💯🎉🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome from Bob and myself this fantastic Caturday 🐈. It was yet another early start for me, I woke up feeling energetic and so I went for an automaticwin 🙌.
I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fresh morning air 🍃. I love Saturday's automaticwin because the only time pressure is 10am as its not a work day 😎
So I made it back home at around 9:30. Got a quick shower 🚿 and some rest before embarking on the house chores. Just the general cleaning and tidying up around the house.🏡
I then settled down to some you tube videos. Checking om the cryptosphere, bitcoin is going back up after taking a little tumble. Now if only the Alts could follow suit😱
I took a quick nap 😴💤 this afternoon when my eyes got tired. When I woke up I did some steeming, commenting and replying to your wonderful posts 💯.
Then I did some cooking 😋
When the food was ready I went out for the usual sunset walk. I walked around the neighborhood but unfortunately my walk was cut short.
A friend needed my help as he was moving to a new flat. So I went over as I had promised. Moving furniture and boxes isn't fun, my hands are telling me off😹.
I came back around an hour ago and I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 💪
Tomorrow is my one year anniversary using Actifit and I have planned an automatic and maybe going to the mall and taking lots of pics to celebrate. We will see but am happy and excited 🙌
