My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019...... Awesome Wednesday 🙌💯😎🍃🏃👣🎶💪💨✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Wednesday report 😎. Glad to be back and ready to quickly run you through my day. I had another early start. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood in pursuit of an automaticwin🙌.
After that awesome session I rushed💨 back home to get ready for the office. After a few minutes I was out and on my commute to work.
I arrived at the office right on time and got down to some stuff that had been pending since yesterday.
As usual lunchtime came with the mini walkation 👣 enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞
Then it was back to the office for the last session of the day. Got to my last entries and filings done before calling it a day. Soon I was on the commute back home. Another day gone.
At home I rested as I readied myself for the final walk of the day. Looked onto steemit, answering and commenting. Then I was out around the neighborhood for the sunset ⛅ walk🏃
No sunset though but a chilly cloudy evening. I walked towards the park, then the main highway and back home as it got darker.
I finished off the day recording the seven77 pushups 💪
As always I wanna thank everyone for stopping by and continued support 🙏.
Allow me to stop here and get some much needed sleep 😴💤 and rest.
