My Actifit Report Card: July 15 2019.... Awesome Monday 🏃🍃👣🙌🎉🏡🎶💨✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. So glad you stopped by and am ready to quickly run you through my day.
I decided to start the week with a bang💥by getting out early for an automaticwin before work.
So I was walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fresh morning air 🍃. Though it was cold the exercise warmed me up in no time.
I remember rushing 💨 back home to get ready for work. That I did pretty fast and in a few moments I was in the commute heading to work.
I made it to the office right on time and soon got into the assigned tasks of the day. Went on just fine.
Lunchtime came with the mini walkation 👣 enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞
Got back for the afternoon shift that seemed to drag on for a century 😹
I commuted back home home to some well deserved rest. Meanwhile I did some steeming checking out some of your wonderful posts.
When I got tired of the screen I headed out for the sunset ⛅ walk and to get a little bit of fresh air. Walked to the park where I did a few rounds before heading back home as it got darker.
As always I finished off the day recording the seven77 pushups 💪
