My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2019..... Throwback Thursday 💯 💪🙌💨🍃🌅🎈🏃👣🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊. Keep reading 👓 as I breakdown how my day unfolded. I don't know why but today Iam in a very upbeat mood. I feel happy and excited like something fantastic is about to happen 😎.
So I was up early right on time to chase an automaticwin. As usual that morning air 🍃 was so fresh and crisp 👌. Though it was a little chilly that was solved as I walked and jogged 🏃.
After that awesome session I rushed 💨back home to a quick shower 🚿 before heading out. Collecting more steps on the commute to work.
At the office I it was another ordinary day of work. I got on with it and got lots of stuff done.
Lunchtime came with the usual mini walkation 👣. Around the streets in the warm sunshine 🌞
Then it was back to the office to deal with tha afternoon shift 😑. Slaved away until it was time to go home 🙌
I got onto the bus got home, rested and did some replying and commenting on steemit as I had a fruit snack. When my eyes got tired I embarked on the usual sunset 🌅walk.
This time around the neighborhood then to the park. Did a few rounds then headed back home as it got darker.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 👏. Day 126 and still going strong 💪
