Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Wednesday report 😎. It was another early start for me in pursuit of an automaticwin. As usual walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
I then rushed 💨 back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower🚿 and some tweaking I was on the commute headed to the office.
At the office everything went well, a relaxed middle of the week kind of day. I got lots of stuff done 🙌
Come lunchtime I was out in the warm sunshine 🌞 for the mini walkation 👣
Came back to the office and worked through the entire afternoon shift.
When it was over I commuted back home happy to have finished off the day.
At home I rested, steemed a little before heading out for the sunset ⛅ walk🏃 to complete my day's stepping.
I walked around the neighborhood, no sunset but cloudy overcast sky. As always the fresh air 🍃 was fantastic 👌
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 💪

Just like yesterday am feeling a little exhausted 😴 and will be back with the commenting on my morning commute to work.
