My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2019...... High Five Friday 🙌👏💯🎈💕🎉🏃👣🌅🍃💨✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to report 😎. After yesterday's black out I am back to the normal routine. The power came back after 1am 😱and fortunately my phone was on the charger.
So by morning I was ready for the automaticwin 🙌. I was out in the neighborhood walking and jogging 🏃in the fresh air 🍃. This morning was a little cold but the jogging made me warm.
After that awesome session I rushed 💨 back home refreshed then headed on to work.
The commute went well and I arrived at work right on time 🙌. At the office everything went well and we got lots of stuff done. That Friday mood was in the air, everyone upbeat and ready for the weekend 💯
Lunchtime came with the mini steppation 👣 in the warm sunshine 🌞.
Came back to an afternoon session that flew by literally. I had quite a bit of stepping in the office as we were moving files from one floor to another floor 😎
I finally got home, rested, checked some of your wonderful posts. When my eyes got tired I embarked on the usual sunset 🌅 walk. This time around the neighborhood then to the park and back home.
I finished off my day recording the seven77 pushups 💪👏
