My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2019.... Awesome Monday 💯💪🏃👣🎉🎶🌅✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. Glad you joined me and its always a joy to breakdown the activities of day. So I was up at dawn today as I pursue another week of automaticwins 🙌.
As soon as the alarm went off I was out walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. That fresh air🍃 was making the rounds as made my way, so wonderful.
I remember rushing💨back home and getting ready for work. In a few minutes I was on the commute headed to the office.
I made it right on time ready to take on a new week. Everything went well and work was just fine.
As usual I had the lunch hour mini walk👣then got back for a really long and drawn out afternoon session😴💤
When that was over I commuted back home. There I rested, checked and replied to some of your posts. When my eyes were tired of the screen I headed out for the sunset ⛅ walk.
That happened around the neighborhood ending up at the shopping center, bought a few dinner groceries before heading home.
