My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2019....... Throwback Thursday 💯 💪🙌☔ 💞🎶🏃🎉💨👣✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my report this wonderful throwback Thursday. Now sit back 💺as I breakdown how my day has been. The automaticwin streak is still on so it was another dawn start🙌
As I keep saying that morning air 🍃 is indescribable and today was no different. Fresh and crisp as I made my way around the neighborhood.
I then rushed💨 back home got cleaned up and was on the commute to work. There was some minimal traffic but I made it to work right on time 💯
At the office the day went well and I got lots of stuff done. As usual a had the mini lunch time stepping 👣 and a chance to take pictures.
I worked through the afternoon shift and when it was over I commuted back home safely.
Back home I rested and snacked as I got ready for the sunset ⛅ walk. That happened around the neighborhood and I got back home just as it got darker.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 push-ups, currently on day 106 and coming up on my blog and twitter in a few moments.
