My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2019.... Throwback Thursday 💪💯🎶💞🎉☔🌂💨✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 🙌. Keep reading 👓 as I breakdown how my day has been. I am on an automaticwin streak and today was no different. So once the alarm went off I was out and about.
I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood enjoying the cool crisp morning air🍃. After that awesome session 👌it was time to get ready for work. That happened in a jiffy 💨 as I always have everything ironed and laid out the previous night.💯
Soon I was on the commute collecting further steps👣. The sky was dark with heavy rain clouds but I was armed with my raincoat and umbrella 🌂
I got to the office just fine and two hours later it rained like crazy 😱. I noticed the wet streets on the lunch time steppation 🏃
I slaved away just fine on the afternoon shift and when it was over I was on the bus back home🙌. I was stuck in traffic and took that time for some steeming, replying and commenting on your wonderful posts.
Getting back home I rested and snacked before embarking on the sunset ⛅ walk. That was around the neighborhood and no sunshine in sight only cloudy skies. I did a few rounds then headed back home and called it a day. Phew👏
I took a shower🚿 then did the seven77 before having dinner. Here is the link
