My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2019..... Throwback Thursday 💪🎉🎶💯🏃✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A warm welcome to my report 😎. It was another early start of the day. The alarm went off and I got out into the neighborhood walking and jogging 🏃 in the fresh, cool morning air🍃
After the jog it was pretty much a rush with time💨 as I got ready for work. In ten to fifteen minutes I was out of the door collecting more steps on the commute to work.
At the office it was just an ordinary day with the mundane happenings. I got lots done and at lunchtime I got some stepping in too. I also checked and replied to some of your posts 🙌
After the afternoon shift I was home bound and I got off the bus two or was it three stops from the usual just to add up to my steps.
Back home I rested before embarking on the sunset ⛅ walk. In the neighborhood doing a few rounds before heading home to some cooking 😊
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups, now on day 73🙌💪
