My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2019..... High Five Friday 🙌🎉💪🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my Friday report 😎. It has been a wonderful week of automaticwins and today I let that winning streak linger🙌
I was out walking and jogging 🏃at the crack of dawn. As always the morning breeze🍃 was fresh and crisp.
I got back home to a quick shower 🚿then it was off to work 🏃
At the office things went well and come lunchtime I was out in the warm sunshine 🌞. Took some pictures along the way.
The afternoon shift flew by pretty fast 💨 and before I knew it I was heading home.
Come to think of it I think this week has gone so fast.
At home I rested and did some cooking before heading off for the usual sunset walk 🏃.
This time I did a few rounds in the neighborhood, Rushing back home to catch the actifit radio show📻
After the show I got on with my seven77 push ups, video coming to dtube and twitter.
That is how my day has been folks🙌. Of course am looking forward to the weekend and some R &R. As usual sending everyone lots of love💗 and blessings. Enjoy your weekend and see you again tomorrow..... Bye Bye 💖 💗💓
