My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2019..... April Fool's 😱 and Motivation Monday 💯💪✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
Welcome to my Monday report. I had aimed to start my week with a bang so an automaticwin was a must this morning. I went walking and jogging 🏃 in the fresh morning breeze. Came back home to a quick shower then I went off to work.
At the office the day went well and I got to play a fool's day prank on one of my colleagues.
I went over to her desk, put on an angry face and told her that I knew she had been talking badly about me. I told her to stop that nonsense and never talk to me ever 😂. She got visibly angry and sought to know who had told me but I walked off and sat back at my desk pretending to be very angry.
Then she came over to my desk but I totally ignored her and kept my eyes glued to my monitor. I nearly burst out laughing but I kept the angry going. Acting can be hard but I think I deserve an oscar for that performance 😹
Anyways later in the afternoon after collecting my lunch hour steps, I came clean. I told her it was just a prank, she had no idea it was fool's day.😹
Getting back home, I rested and had some snacks before embarking on the usual sunset walk. Couldn't see the sunset though as it was really cloudy. Am sure it will rain tonight.
Being motivation Monday am sharing a really great video. It talks about gratitude and positive affirmation. Saying thank you in advance for what is already yours. And also remembering not to say negative things about yourself. Just six minutes but well worth your time.
