Hello Everyone 👋,
Welcome to my Thursday report. I am glad that you are reading😎. I started my activities at dawn with a jog around the neighborhood. There was a nice cool breeze as I walked and jogged.
I got back home, took a quick shower then left for work. Collecting even more steps on the commute.🏃
At the office my day went on well. As usual I went out at lunch time adding on to the steps. It wasn't that busy in the afternoon so I left an hour earlier as I wanted to do some walking at the mall.
I also needed to buy a few things.
I did just that and left the mall at around 7 pm. Back home l finished off my activities with pushups and ab wheel roll outs for the #seven77 challenge 💪
I am celebrating my actifit birthday today, 8 months ago on July 21 I posted my first report card🙌. Before actifit I had tried to register with sweatcoin but unfortunately their app wasn't working in my country 😱. So you can imagine the joy I felt seeing actifit 💯🙌.
I want to thank the actifit team for all the hard work they have put into the app. Always keeping us informed and the continued improvements 🙏.
