Hello Everyone 👋,
Welcome to my Wednesday report, am glad that you are reading 😎. So today I had that extra oomph of energy. I slept late but as soon as the alarm went off I was out of bed. I walked and jogged 🏃🏃🏃in the neighborhood towards my automaticwin 🙌
Getting back home I took a quick shower and off I went to work. At the office everything went well and I accomplished the daily tasks. I came back home at lunch hour as I needed to collect some documents. We finished off the day with a staff meeting.
Back at home I rested and did some steeming before going on my sunset walk. Walked the neighborhood ending at the shopping center for some cooking groceries.
As usual I finished off the day with the usual seven77 push ups and ab wheel roll outs for the twitter hustle.
Tomorrow is my eight month ActiFit birthday, hopefully you will stop by again
