My Actifit Report Card: December 25 The Xmas Party ✨🎄🎄🎄
Hello Everyone,
Welcome to my Xmas day adventure. I woke up around 9AM this morning. Looking outside it was a bright sunshiny day. So I thought why not take a walk in the neighborhood and catch some of those rays.
It seemed busy out there with people going about their Xmas day activities. Back home I did some laundry and got the cooking going.
Can I tell you this evening/night I have been to a wonderful Xmas party. It was at an upmarket swanky area of town. That neighborhood is everything. People are living large, got me asking where did I go wrong in life? Are we living in the same country/planet?Maybe if cryptos moon I can join this league.
Those are not just houses, they are palaces. The one we went two has like three pools. One indoor, two outside. I don't even know how many acres it sits on but its a huge place and they even have horses at the back.It was getting dark so I couldn't take good pictures, also before going in we left our phones with security. It's a prominent politician's house and there was security guys everywhere with wires round their heads. They don't take security for granted around there.
Anyway I met some local celebrities, people I only see on TV. The food was served buffet style, all types of it. I cant list everything. I remember eating lots of chicken and some beef too.
After dinner my eyes were glued to the Champagne bottles. I did indulge in some of them with an emphasis on the ones I never see at the store.
Talking to those prominent people at first I was star struck but the tension eased up as time went by. They talk about everyday issues just like normal people. Some of them are so down to earth like you wouldn't believe.
So I just got home, it is a little after 11 and am happy with my Xmas day. Am so grateful to my boss for that party opportunity. Thank you to everyone for reading and as always I appreciate your attention and comments.
