Hello Everyone,
I have had a wonderful and active day. It all began this morning with a jog. I was lucky in that it wasn't raining when I got up. Being a public holiday meant that I had the day to myself.
So after the jog I had a nice long shower then sat back to some YouTube videos until later in the afternoon.
It was a nice sunny day so I decided to go out for a walk in the park, did a few rounds. Then went back home. I gathered more steps this evening as I was out in the mall having dinner at the food court and of course window shopping.
I got home a little after 10:30pm and decided to call it a day. The public holiday today is called Jamuhuri day or Independence day. I know most of you have no idea about Kenyan history so here is a link to a post I wrote earlier this year on another public holiday. Its just a basic summary to 55 years of the Republic of Kenya
