Hello Everyone,
I had a great day today. I started my activities with some stretching and then rope skipping. This was early in the morning before leaving for the office.
I went about my day as usual with the normal office work, nothing out of the ordinary. Though it gets busy at this time of the month when we have to catch up with the deadlines before the new month.
After work I went on my usual brisk evening walk around the neighborhood.
It was cloudy and threatening to rain so I didn't make it to the park.
I called it a day and am looking forward to tomorrow.
