So, without further ado, let's get to today's post. --- ![sfwfs.PNG](https://images.hive.blog/DQmUnTR2GfCxTa7MjwnLXJqj81CggPNsoSqvVp5kvLyeE3m/sfwfs.PNG) --- Realmente Considero que fue un entrenamiento bastante efectivo a pesar de estar un poco pesado por el trabajo ya que trabajo en construcción y siempre tiende a fatigar bastante en los músculos más específicamente la área de la espalda más específicamente hablando de la lumbar, entonces realmente Considero que fue un entrenamiento súper fino y que pude realizar todas las cosas que quise realizar y mi compañero Omar también tuvo un entrenamiento bastante Bueno ya que El dominio que tiene de los elementos le ha ayudado bastante y también el tipo de cronograma que lleva le ha ayudado a potenciar todas sus habilidades lo cual es algo que recomiendo muchísimo el hecho de tener un gran cronograma ya que esto te puede ayudar a avanzar sin importar las adversidades mientras que respetes los descansos y también no se las progresiones adecuadas Así que tienen que tener mucho en cuenta todo este tipo de cosas ya que un entrenamiento efectivo no se basa en lo que se hace sino Cómo lo haces cómo lo ejecutas y también en Cómo trabajarlo. >I really think it was a very effective workout, even though it was a bit heavy because of my job in construction, which always tends to fatigue the muscles, especially the back, and more specifically the lower back. So, I really think it was a great workout, and I was able to do everything I wanted to. My partner, Omar, also had a very good workout. His mastery of the equipment helped him a lot, and the type of schedule he follows helped him maximize his abilities. I highly recommend having a good schedule because it can help you progress regardless of the challenges, as long as you respect your rest periods and follow the appropriate progressions.
