I realize as I go through my deconstruction from religion that I really don't have the universal answers to God. Whether it be salvation, eschatology, after-life, or anything else that I thought I knew with surety. What Im learning is its all based on personal reality, culture, experience, and relationship. Most of my belief was built on confidence in a book, and a lot of it never made sense, but I thought I would learn when God wanted me to. Now I think everything that didn't make sense was because it was against the true nature of God.
God=Love and anything requiring specific behavior as a condition to relationship with God is simply man made............
We have made many attempts to define God with books, and man made concepts, and yet we so many times are far from representing Love. I believe whether you call God Jesus or Universe as long as you seek with pure intentions to become the best you, and a person spreading love that God will meet you where ever you are and whatever your faith may be.....
Today I challenge you to love someone with a simple word of kindness, a smile, or a act of generosity....This is how we reveal God's character.....
