If you drive through southern Oregon you want to stop at this gift shop! Oregon Gifts is like walking into The seven dwarfs house before alice arrives.
This is certainly one of a few glass shops in the state of Oregon before marijuana was legal. It was quite magical for me to finally see the inside of this mysterious little shop. As a child driving up I-5 North I oh so innocently wanted to stop at the place with the giant colorful mushrooms on top.
I learned from the lady at the front desk that the mushroom car actually drives! It delivered a bride to a groom once upon a time.
This place just kept getting more magical. So the owners Linda and Henry have owned this place for 17 years, and Heney makes all the mushrooms. Mushroom lamps, boxes, and or corse the mushrooms oh the roof.
To continue, this shop is beyond iconic head shop features ...... to celebrate marijuana legalization Henry put a huge joint on top of the roof!
And it even puffs smoke! There is a button in the office that triggers a smoke machine.
There are so many intricate gifts in this shop. Many one of a kind, black light glass pipes, all made locally too.
There are so many magical nooks to explore on our planet! I would certainly call Oregon Gifts one of them.
I most enjoyed how many stories surrounded this shop.
