Well, you are now only 60 and in very good shape. So, I predict that you will keep enjoying your current property not only for 6-8 years more, but more probably for the next 20 years without it become too much work for your aging bodies.

Perhaps I will no longer be around to witness it and celebrate it. But I bet 20 years from now you will still be harvesting those giant pumpkins and other vegetables in your current yard without saying ouch every time you bend over to pick them up. Hahaha
