Well, we're gradually selling off everything we own, as well. I expect we'll keep this house for another 6-8 years, at which point it will simply become too much work for our aging bodies to keep up with.

The nearest (small) city is about 50 miles from here, and it has some nice areas with less expensive properties, so that's probably where we'll go, then.
