I am writing this to suggest that a feature whereby authors using the esteem application can directly promote their posts via the esteem app without the need to go the steemit website for promotion of their posts.
Problem
There is no promote button or any feature on the esteem app that an author (a user of the esteem app) can easily advertise his or her post as it can be done on the steemit website. This prevents author or user of the application who wants to promote his or her post via the app from doing so.
Suggestion
To solve this problem, I am suggesting that a button or feature that allows the users of the esteem application promote their posts or others post should be added to blog posts page on the esteem app. This can be as seen on the esteem app as below.
Furthermore, the button may also be added to the pop-up button as below.
An evidence that this feature exists on the steemit website is below.
If this is added to esteem app, authors will enjoy using the app to promote their posts.
Advantages of implementing this suggestion
This feature will allow authors who use the esteem application to easily advertise their post without needing to go to the steemit website.
Authors or readers can help promote other works or posts easily.
It will make authors have more votes as promoted posts are expected to earn more.
The application will gain more popularity as it will have the necessary features required for being successful using the esteem app
