First time i enter my guild only tier 1, and already give salary 2000 DEC to fill the fray and enter battle.
From starting last brawl my guild moving to tier 2.
In this brawl my Guild rank is 4, not bad i think for first try :
And every player after brawl end got this reward :
My performance not good enough in this brawl, my enemy almost guaranted to bring gladius card, when in tier 1 it's easy because not many player bring Gladius. i got 5 win and 2 lost :

At tier 3 i saw my friend got between 50-100 sps, if u play splinterlands and still not yet join guild i suggest u looking for one ASAP. The reward is good, too bad sps price is drop a lot. But still worth it to enter guild and got extra income.
