I think this sport is most popular for beginners and professionals. To enjoy the sights of unpredictable river of Soca and astonishing mountains around.

But I need to warn you as there were couple of accidents of not so experienced kayakers along the years. If you try it go with an experienced guide.

Fly-fishing

Maybe you got a feeling that this river is just adrenaline one. This can not be more far from truth as it holds also peaceful activities. This river is paradise for fishermen as in it lives native trout called Soca trout which is classified among the largest representatives of its type.
