If I own $30,000 on my Car Loan, it will be Reset to $300 in U.S. Coinage...

This tells me that I'll be able to take a One Ounce, $100 Gold Coin to the Bank and I'll be able to obtain $100 in Silver Coinage, Paper Coinage, Electronic Coinage or Common Coinage...
It will also work in Reverse, which tell me a can bring $100 in Common Coinage to the Bank and they will give me a One Ounce, $100 Gold Coin...
