Electronic Coinage will Circulate Freely, once it is purchased with Silver and Gold Coinage...
Keep in mind that a person can always exchange their Electronic Coinage for Silver and Gold Coinage...
If it didn't work both ways, it wouldn't work at all...
One Hundred Dollars in Electronic Coinage can be Exchanged for a One Ounce $100 Gold Coin, or any Combination of $100 in Silver Coins, Gold Coins, Paper Coinage, and Common U.S. Coinage...
