It has been three months since I last played a game on Splinterlands. I just kind of lost interest in it, it became too much of a grind and I could not get myself motivated to keep playing. So I took a radical break. Why play something when you don't enjoy it right? So I dropped the whole thing, didn't stake any SPS, didn't buy or rent anything out. I just quit.
And here we are 3 months later and I just logged in again. So what brings me back after 3 months?
So not that much has changed about the platform for me. I am still muddling around in Bronze III, though I should be able to get to Bronze II again soon. I still get hardly any rewards. In fact, I was given a whopping 1 credit for my first quest haha.
But the rewards is not why I came back, nor the reason I first quit either. I came back because I did miss it in the end. I like the game play and the fact that you can advance further and further in the game. And I like that when you put in some effort you get some results.
So I am back! How has everyone been?
