It's rainy, windy and grey.
My boyfriend felt better, but then this night and this morning, he felt bad again. He was stuborn enough to go to work anyway. I hope he'll be okay today. Atleast he doesn't have to drive very far.
Yesterday, we had dinner at my boyfriend's sister. We played a bit with her little kid and their dad came over with a big pot of pasta. He gave the leftovers to us, so we have an easy dinner tonight, yum!
We were also supposed to have the handyman visit us, but he send me a message that he couldn't make it. He'll come over tonight instead.
This morning, after trying to get my boyfriend to stay home, but failing, I logged onto Guild Wars 2 to log on all of my characters to farm some wood. I need lots of wood for this legendary weapon I am slowly working my way towards. I'm not in any rush, because I kind of like my current weapon. It fits a necromancer:
Still, I'd like to get this legendary at some point, because it'll also fit a necromancer pretty well and its stats will be better than those of my current weapon. It has a raven and it glows and stuff!
Anyway, so that's why I'm gathering loads of wood...
I was planning on making Pepernoten this week, however, I don't have some of the main ingredients. I might try to substitute, but I wonder how successful it will be. We'll see how I feel today. Laundry first!
My hair is kind of annoying me lately. It's quite long and it gets in the way more and more. I'll probably go and have it cut eventually, but I always put that off way too long.
Well I'm just rambling now. I was actually going to whine about the mentos commercials. First, there was this one where people were handing out candy to strangers. Candy with images on them, forcing them to hug or some other sort of invasion of personal space. Then, they have this commercial where an elevator only works when people talk to eachother.
Who are they to force people to talk to strangers? If I wanted to talk to strangers, I'd go ahead and do it! Don't force this crap on me. Not every human on this planet craves attention. Some of us actually get very tired of socializing and just want to be left alone!
Bah at all of these moronic commercials, making me want to boycot all sorts of products. Like the phone provider with their commercials filled with idiots and stupid songs. Oh my gosh, that's why I don't watch tv anymore! Stupid commercials.
Anyway, shame on you mentos, for completely ignoring the introverts who need to be very selective about how they spend their social energy. Shame on you for wanting to force people into awkward situations. Shame!
