I have spend most of my day inside the kitchen.
My boyfriend's cousin is coming over for dinner and I wanted to make my panna cotta for dessert. So that meant I had to make that plenty of time ahead for dinner, because it needs time to set. So this morning, I made the panna cotta and the honeyed orange peels.
Then I had to vacuum clean the house and after that, I decided to make the Oliebollen recipe I had found. With a few twists. I posted the recipe here. I forgot to make sure I had a good airflow to the outside, so the house was a bit smokey afterwards:
Oh well, the oliebollen turned out really good!
Now, we'll have to do dishes soon and after that, I'll have to start on the zucchini oven dish. All of this work is going to be well worth the troubles though, because it will be delicious!
Tomorrow, we'll be off on our vacation, but we'll leave after lunch I think. I'll try to take it a bit easier in the morning.
Oh by the way, yesterday evening was fun with my boyfriend's best friend coming over. We drank some honey herbal wine and watched tv. We watched Bo Burnham and Arrow.
