Hello Dreamers,
I slept pretty well last night. Probably because I thought 'F&@# this' and decided to demolish a bag of crisps and a bag of caramel chocolate buttons. I wasn't happy because all weekend I ate 100% clean with less than 800 calories and absolutely no snack. Well as my weight didn't improve as expected, I had what I had. However, today I weighed myself expecting to be the same or more than yesterday and I actually lost a whole 1lb! Yes!!! So it was worth having my blow out. I think my dream felt it too. Get this...

I met my personal trainer friend for coffee and sat at the table was him and a young woman. He was sat in the middle of us. I was meant to be having a catch up but the woman seemed to be annoyed that I was there and it felt very awkward. So I got up and and kissed my friend gently on his nose and said I will see him another time and walked out. After I walked out, I realised we were sat in a donut shop which was only a few steps away from the underground station. I messaged him to say I had found the donut shop he was on about and it was closer than I thought.
The weird thing about this is that my personal trainer friend and I haven't met in real life yet. We contacted each other on social media as we have fitness, coffee and donuts in common. We keep saying we will go for a coffee and a donut but it hasn't happened due to work commitments. However I am due to be in his area in a few months so hopefully we will have that damn coffee and donut after all. I can't wait to tell him about this dream. I wonder what he will think!
