All that work definitely deserves a good meal to refuel! I bet the salsa is delicious. Love the addition of the peaches. I've been on a dehydrating mission the last few days, but still figuring out a few more ways to use my apples that we picked last week. Never want to let any of those yummy harvests go to waste!
