Theoretically, what you say is right however (I don't know how it is in Poland) they got very brave and approach even groups of people. They got used to people so much that they go down to the villages/cities and simply walk around the streets. They climb over fences and approach people. Recently, one attacked a person from the back after it climbed over the fence. It is not unusual to see a bear walking on a road with a car driving slowly behind it. I could go on and on and on. I'm not saying they are bad, but for some reason they got more aggressive than they used to be. Maybe warm winter or not enough food? I don't know...
