Thank goodness you know about the evils of aspartame, @cmplxty! Ben and I learnt it the hard way when it caused the nerve pain to ramp up so high, and we started looking into it. Nasty, horrible stuff..

As to the electrocution injury, I was hurt whilst using a faulty hairdryer in a hotel in Aberdeen. On it's own, it probably wouldn't have done much damage, but there was also a loose earth wire in the wall socket, so when I went to turn off the hairdryer, I completed the circuit and got zapped. Things went downhill from there...
