RIG CASE

So today i have a few things to tell so you keep updated about what we are doing!

This week i've started designing and assembling a new RIG CASE to be prepared for new graphics cards when they arrive :) I'm so thrilled to start mining :D

So i leave you here some pics of the actual RIG for your opinions :)

What too mine?

This last week i've been watching closely alot of diferent cryptocoins and trying to get what its the best to farm at the moment, and arrived to the conclusion that ethereum is leading that "question" easly, so for the remaining time that is Proof Of Work, it will be probably the best farmable coin for GPU mining on a budget!

Hardware

Now here is where we found a huge "problem"! So yeah with the last question answered "ether", i started calling all shop's of components in my city and the answer from 6 of them was "No stock's and we dont know when we will getting our hands in AMD RX moddels" so yeah i guess that will be a great problem. What do you guys think? Any sugestion? Im really in need of guidance in this question, since i know soon enought there will be a NVIDIA dedicated graphics for mining with almost the same hashrates and power consumption for little over 200$ so way cheaper then AMD at the moment and with the most important thing, WITH STOCKS!

Bios flash

For this theme i'm wondering, is it worth it? My main problem is with warrenties ... I'm consedering the famous RX 580 Nitro + that comes with dual bios so if i do something that i shouldnt do i'll have that safe switch that will save my life, but if i can't get my hands on any model that has a dual bios, i'll probably not risk trying to flash the bios for more hashrate and maybe lower consumption since it will be my only card Mining and my only "income" that i can spend! So my idea is that with the money i earn with this miner, i'll try to get more graphics cards and see if it goes well with everything so will learn for sure and have a nice hobby that can pay it self and in the future maybe create something more so you guys can see what is like to be a home made miner to something else!

For the last thing i'm going to ask you guys what would you do after your first Graphics card that start's mining and getting some $$CHA-CHING!$$$ ????

Get like 130/140 $ and buy some old R9 280/290 and farm with the RX 580 or wait for the stocks of AMD comes back again and buy a another new RX 580 so you know you have the warrentie and you know it will be much more low wattage then the r9 290 for example and farm the same? So you know, in my country i pay around 0.158 per KW and i can get in a used market the OLD AMD cards for 100$/80€ to 150$/130€, and the RX 580 new (if they had stocks) are going for 360$ / 380$ ? Please help me out and tell me what would you do!!

And thats everything for this week, i've already save around 200$/180€ so soon enough i'll try to buy the new card :D
