I caught a Rewardpool Rapist !

Today when I was patroling and what I found was very abusing and it shows the same pattern that nogano was using in past and then stooped by @randowhale @nextgencrypto and @berniesanders . This user is using 100's of bot for upvoting almost every comment of him .
