Sometimes, we can’t always plan out our videos. Even though I am setting a new schedule for myself with posting & completing other tasks in my business, sometimes we have these random “aha” light bulb moments & want to share our new found wisdom in that present time...

In the wee hours of this morning, I experienced that so I just turned on the record button in all my glory - no make up, no filter, just real life…
