Jiji is another studio Ghibli character, appearing in the 1989 Japanese animated fantasy film Kiki's Delivery Service.

Lineart and coloring. I used light to dark purples, V000, V12, V15, V17, BV29, to create the galaxy effect.
This is what it looked like before adding highlights, using white gel pen.
