I decided to join @oceansoul13's TinyArtChallenge. The theme for this week is Patterns.

I would like to introduce you my design, which I "invented" a few years ago and thanks to this contest I remembered it.

This image is 2x2 cm big, and I use only pencils and ruler to draw it (I don't have tiny markers.).

I apologize for the quality of the photos, but it's evening, and I don't have a good camera.

Process

• First, I drew a square with a length of 2 cm and divided it into four parts. This division is not obligatory; it only helps with the beginning.

• Then I start to create smaller squares in these four parts, which are interconnected with lines in the middle.

• I continue with the creation of smaller and smaller squares until there is no space for them.

• And finally, the resulting image is colored by imagination :)
