When I see a dock, I check them out.
I have a surfer friend who is in this surfing competition that was held before Christmas in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. To show my support I went there but unfortunately never really saw her. She's probably in the water catching waves when I got there.
Anyway I was not disappointed as lo and behold I finally got to see this kind-of-famous-in-instagram dock!
