🥇 Where The East Meets The West by @storiesoferne

With its glittering greenish-blue stream, the Bosphorus Strait, as it's officially called, is not your ordinary aquatic environment. Given its strategic geography, this significant stretch of water dwells at the crossroads of multiple civilizations, social transitions, and cultural diversities.The Bosphorus Strait holds tremendous geographical significance because it's where the landmasses of the European western side and the Asian eastern side meet.

🥈 Switzerland Day Five: Alpine Cheese Cows of Mt. Pilatus by @leaky20

The bells around the cows necks are one of the most memorable experiences of mount Pilatus. 50 or more bells (I'm estimating here) could be heard echoing off the cliffs while we walked through the area. They created an ever present hilltop music that sounded a lot like wind chimes. It was distinctively peaceful and one of my favorite parts of our Mount Pilatus experience. In fact I would say that the cow bells are one of the best memories that I have of our overall trip to the country.

🥉 Branicki Palace and a garden with baroque sculptures and plant labyrinths / Pałac Branickich i ogród by @katiefreespirit

Branicki Palace is sometimes called the Polish Versailles in Podlasie. Unfortunately, I cannot show it to you from the inside, but apparently it is decorated with panache. Jan Klemens Branicki decided to rebuild the already existing castle into a baroque palace, later also gardens and a park, stylized as French and Italian, were created around it. At the entrance to the garden there is a plate with a map and description of its most interesting places.
