"The Kogatainari Shrine is only a small local shrine, but I guess it was this statue that made me check out this place more thoroughly. We still don't really know what this is all about, but the shrine is probably dedicated to the people who lost their lives while working here at Fukushimagata Lagoon."

🥈 Exploring India: Sunset from Malyavanta hill, Karnataka by @thefootprint

"We enjoyed our time there, even thought one night was for us full of adrenaline. We were sure that a big snake is hidding next to our tent as it was jumping in the thin fabric and moving all around. We called for help the owners which came with big sticks and instructed us to evacuate the tent. In the end there was hidding only a small kitten which we met the first day near the restaurant."

"After leaving the tomb, I went to the mosque, which has a very large and peaceful courtyard. Since the mosque is a place of worship, women
who do not wear a headscarf wear a headscarf to express their respect and enter the mosque that way. I was especially impressed by this attitude of foreign tourists. "
