@missjoyceeIt was a Saturday morning during our Holiday vacation in Bantayan Island I and the hubby, together with a good friend who lived there, had left the latter's home early for Bantayan Market to buy fish, seafood, fruits, and other things we need for our plan to go to the beach on the same day. More than just a popular beach destination, Bantayan Island is also known not just in the province of Cebu but also in other parts of the country because of its delicacy- the buwad or dried fish. Many small-scale businessmen purchase these island produce in volumes or bulks to sell in the local markets at a much higher price.

Those who have been following me for a while know how much I am fond of this region and how much I love its villages, which I find really beautiful and characteristic. Today I would like to focus on the village of San Lorenzo a Merse, a small hamlet in the Municipality of Monticiano. Like other villages I have presented in this community, this one is also located in the province of Siena, a few kilometers from the main city. San Lorenzo a Merse is a beautiful village that can be included in a tourist tour if you are traveling in the Val d'Orcia.

For today's blog, I will be showing you another wonderful unplanned trip with my friends last weekend. Aguinid Falls offers 8 levels of various challenges and trekking adventure dipping into the waterfalls. If you love to adventure into nature, this will be a great escape for you. Common, I'll show you around. Before dipping into the majestic falls, we need to pay the entrance fee of php350. 00 per person. This will include the complete gear adventure - a life jacket, helmet, and water shoes. All our things will be left in the reception area for they will get wet and you only need to bring your phone with a waterproof case. Every group will be assigned two tour guides. For our tour, Kuya Erwin and Kuya Tong will be the assigned guide. It was a pleasure meeting them for they were so friendly and approachable to all our needs.
