Hi friends! How are you today?
I haven't posted anything on this site in a very long time. I chose not to write since I had a very difficult year. But now that everything is better and I can see how much better my photography is, I want to share it with you.
This place is called Nam O beach and it is situated in Da Nang City's Hoa Hiep Ward, Lien Chieu District. It’s about 17 km northwest of Da Nang City, not so far from my room. Right now, getting there is a bit challenging. The normal road is close due to the surrounding construction zone, meaning it is not like the google map. However, if you ask the locals there, they can show you another path that will take you to the beach in just two minutes. It is like a hidden gem for urban people looking to escape.
If you enjoy seascapes, you'll enjoy this. That landscape across the beach, which makes up about 3/4 of the coastline, has a lot of rock. During January and April, different sized and shaped boulders reveal they are covered in moss when the tide goes out. And the scene is spectacular when the waves are crashing on the shore, especially in the morning. Many tourists visit during this time to take photos, including some photographers like me. The greatest time for long-exposure photographs like this is early in the morning when the sun is still below the horizon.
The view is still quite lovely even without the presence of green moss. I spend my free time there, putting the stresses of my hectic life behind me and practicing my photographic skills.
You won't be disappointed if you visit this location if you wish to experience the Da Nang landscape. Please be mindful not to damage the environment or leave any waste there.
