Something that many people do not know is that Macarons were originally invented in Saint-Emilion by nuns back in the 17th century. These Macarons known as Véritables Macarons de Saint Emilion, which means “the real macarons of Saint Emilion,” are quite different than the brightly colored sandwhiches that you see in Paris, made famous by Laudurée.

My recent trip to Dalat was really memorable. I chose Binh An Resort located at 06 sub-area 162. Belonging to Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area, now in ward 4 of Da Lat city. As one of the most beautiful 5-star hotels in Da Lat, a lovely resort located on the edge of Tuyen Lam lake in Dalat, French classical style. The hotel is about 30-40 minutes drive from Lien Khuong airport; 8km from the Inter-provincial bus station and the centre of Da Lat city, about 20 minutes by car. This is the ideal place for those who like to be quiet because the scenery here is very peaceful and romantic

If we have ever passed through the sunny and windy central coastal areas of Vietnam, we will see images of tall, pointed, terracotta towers. Those are the precious relics leftover of the ancient kingdom of Champa, a civilization that has faded, but the remnants are still kept today. With terracotta construction techniques, outstanding sculpture art. With unique cultures. Besides the monuments, there are still museums, which still keep the artifacts. Sketch the works of art of a flourishing era in history.
