Hi everyone it's @LivingUKTaiwan here with today's edition of the #TravelDigest. Today our top 3 posts will go to a wildlife wetland in Costa Rica, and two stunning mountain hikes in Europe, one in Ukraine and another in Bulgaria. Enjoy!
"This natural paradise is called the Caño Negro National Wildlife Refuge, which is located in the north of Costa Rica, very close to the border with Nicaragua and a 5-hour drive from the capital San José. The refuge is formed by the most important wetlands in Costa Rica with an area of 10k hectares and fed by the waters of the Frío River."

"Despite the clear sun, it was cool! The hoarfrost was not even going to melt! Our mountains are almost completely covered with forest. Mostly these are coniferous trees, which are evergreen, as well as beeches and birches, which decorated the world with their red and gold colors. These contrasts were breathtaking!"

"Some brutal shots from Peak Big Kupen. It was cloudy but yet clear. Amazing weather conditions. The tower in the penultima picture is actually Peak Botev. One of the most famous in Bulgaria and the highest one in Old Mountain. Next stop will be inside the clouds. The rocky edges of Peaks Small and Big Cross. Everything is now Alpine. We have to be extra careful when traversing the region."
