Hi everyone @LivingUKTaiwan here with today's edition of the #TravelDigest. Today, we're staying in Europe for our Pinmapple Top 3 virtual travels, we will take you to Estonia, UK and Finland. And for our honourable mentions, we will also stay in Europe for a while, to Poland and Spain. Then we'll head off to Taiwan, Nepal, Vietnam and Thailand in Asia, and finally finishing off in USA. "What was interesting that there was total silence. It's a bit strange that I could hear my own ears hissing. It was quieter than in my bedroom at night. Literally a total silence. Basically, the wind was zero and there are no large freeways or roads in the near vicinity. Pretty much in the middle of the wilderness. I liked it."

🥈 Lindisfarne the Holy Island by @diveratt

"Personally, I like the place in the winter the crowds are few but some of the gift shops and cafes close but mind you the Crown & Anchor is always open.One of the more unusual things that I always find fascinating is the way the locals have used old upturned boats as sheds, this one looks across to Lindisfarne Castle."

🥉 The underground church in Helsinki - carved out of the rock by @katrin-lux

"The church has not lost its purpose as a church despite the impressive building and the numerous visitors that come with it: Many church services, weddings, baptisms and funerals are held here. In addition, the church is also used as a venue for concerts. While visiting the church, I could not be impressed by the sounds in such an extraordinary building, but I am sure that it sounds at least as good as in other above-ground churches. "
